What have I done wrong?

Ok, I will report my 3rd experiment.

I used the Pops Guide - The Beginners Guide and set up 5 smart link campaigns
I set up the daily budget to $5 and bid as described in the course.
The other setups:

1. Geo: All Countries
2. Android
3. Smartphone

There are 3 problems: ( @Luke )

1. My budget was completely used in a few minutes or seconds.
2. The cost reported back to Bemob for $18.706
3. No data for Countries and other filters

This isn't very clear to me since I'm very new at Affiliate Marketing,
Question:

1. What can be going wrong in my campaigns?
