Timeframes for optimization

What time frame do you use for campaign optimization? I'm running arbitrage on Facebook, it's thousands of conversions per campaign (they pay a few cents). On the one hand I want to make use of all my historical data but on the other I feel that it's not so relevant day to day, so I look at yesterday and the a bit longer if somethings on the edge but what do you
