I am newbie to CPA want to start my first campaign with all correct information.i have few questions in my mind.
Q1 : Which is the easiest way to setup VPS for my Landing page?
Q2 : Do i need multiple VPS for each landing page ?
Q3 : If offer have multiple geos will VPS location can make any effect on landing page speed ? (For example : I selected US Vps and offer also have Asian geo sand European geos ?
Q4 : Which type of offers i can directly promote with push ads and how to track them with bemob ?
Q5 : How to make a responsive landing page for desktop and mobile both ?
Q6 : Will spy tool help me to build a better campaign creatives ?
Q7 : And last question split testing ? Check the image below that i think is perfect when setting up new campaign.please also share your own strategy?
