I have a real estate investing offer I want to sell. I will write the copy, drive traffic to a presale page with a call to action to schedule a call. I will then close them on the phone.
The reason for the phone call is to practice all three of my new skills.
But before I jump I would like advice from someone with experience.
My game plan is to run a Google ad long enough to get good data.
I will have the Facebook pixel installed, Google analytics and Crazyegg heatmap.
Once I get good data I will then focus on FB ads and maybe Bing assuming both will be cheaper
