Today, Revcontent announced it had sold a majority stake in the business to a group of institutional investors led by Star Mountain Capital and Capital Dynamics.

Fun fact, the guy that started Clickbooth (sold in 2016) also started RevContent. That guy is named John Lemp and he's probably one of the best businessmen in our space. Insane!
