Put a refresh page in offer url, Bemob can't get conversions?

Hi, everyone! I'm a newbie! I use meta refresh landing page, named "loading.html"

and I put it into the Bemob's offer url.

traffic source setting

Then the Campaign Url : http://XXXXX.bemobtrcks.com/go/XXXX...ntry]&org=[org]&user_timezone=[user_timezone]

I use campaign url in the adcash for traffic, but tracking doesn't work and Bemob can't get any conversions. So I want to know if I need to add a landing page in the Bemob, then create campaign use "built-in-flow" and choose landings.
