Propeller Ads Push Notifications Alternatives?

Hi everyone,

Another question from me, I love propeller ads quick support and quality of traffic but sometimes they can be a bit too stringent on creatives & landing pages for my liking. E.g. declining any use of media logos even if the company has genuinely mentioned my offer.

Are there any push traffic alternatives with good traffic quality, volume (internationally) and support but less strict creatives wise?

This has been triggered by a Mobidea offer that has been declined because of this on the vendor's page:
