Problem with Push advertising (Binary Trading offer FTD CPA)

Hi everyone, I am facing a problem here. My target is India and I am promoting binary trading FTD CPA offer. I am getting a lot of signup but zero deposit. Is this normal? My traffic source is propellerads. 100+ signup but zero deposits. Am I being attacked by bot signup? Any advise on improving is very much appreciated. I am bleeding through the nose with this campaign due to losses accumulated.
