Preparation:
- Talked to my rep at Mobipium and asked what geo's were performing well, I then cross referenced traffic cost on PopAds inventory tool.
- Built out campaign in BeMob, setup tracking and verified it was all working properly
- Built out campaign on PopAds
- Made Rules on Optimizer (Below):

Tracker Conversions are Less than 3) (The reasoning I chose this rule is it is 5x the CPA of the offer, but I'd rather have a -40% ROI on the source than a -80%, this will help keep my budget going towards source that are converting better).
Targeting:
- I am targeting one specific country in tier 2 that I researched for low CPM's but still enough traffic to scale.
- I am targeting Android 4.0+ Only.
- Smartphone only
