Wanted to ask a few questions about outsourcing work to other people if anyone has any remote teams:
1) What tasks do you outsource? (Programming, accounting, media buying etc)
2) How do you manage remote VA's or teams? How do you handle the time difference?
3) How long did it take to find the right person for the job? What platform did you use?
4) What countries would you suggest hiring people from?
Or.. Did you actually hire onsite employees full/part time?
It would be interesting to hear other AM's experiences and workflows
