As many have mentioned, Monetizer offers in the Smartlink section of the Marketplace can be unstable and pause many times daily. This is caused by either the Advertiser manually pausing the campaign, the campaign has stopped converting or the Advertiser has ran out of funds to keep it live.
We are now monitoring how stable smartlink offers are in terms of how often they pause over 7 days and showing our publishers this metric prior to launching a campaign.
Check it out:
Any offer with less than 100% has paused for some reason or another in the previous 7 days.
We'd recommend not trying to setup a campaign around any offer with less than 90% reliability.
