Not slow LP with very high clickloss

Recently, I have been plagued by high clickloss. My traffic comes from Propeller's popunder in Africa. Using the campaign URL to test my landing page the speed is not slow, but clickloss is as high as 40%, which is really puzzling. How about yours in Africa?
