Monetizer Payment Question

What does "Pending Clearing" mean on Monetizer? Below the pending clearing says Payment Terms: NET 14w, what does this mean? Does it mean I have to wait for 14 weeks before it gets cleared? And then when I meet the payment threshold, there is another NET 14 days?
