I have some questions regarding Monetizer.
1. May i know why must we add domain to monetizer since i am planning to run smartlink (direct link) ?
2. Should i just buy a random domain from name cheap and add it? But what is the use of adding if i am not using it?
3. I heard that the custom domain added can be use for tracker? Can someone point me to the guide to use this? By the way i am planning to use kintura.
4. Monetizer smartlink gives us more control as in how? We can combine few offers into the smartlink? am i
