Large discrepancy on same offer by 2 different networks

I noticed a large discrepancy in payment from one network to another. One network has an offer for 0.28 and another one has the same one for 0.37. It is a no-brainer who to take, but I am wondering if I should stop doing business with the 0.28 affiliate? Or, is that the way of the world, and just find
