I have some parked domains, how to make them work?

Hi folks, I'm reading about the redirection traffic and from what I understood, there is a way to put to work our own parked domains. Can someone please explain me how to do this? Is there an option to do that on ProPush maybe? Propeller? I saw this option on Dan.com but still not sure how to apply. Can we put our domain on multiple networks?
