How to tracking propellerads on monetizer with direct link？

Hello everyone. I have a trouble, I use propellerads to connect directly to monetizer, but the postback fails. The conversion information of monetizer cannot be synchronized to propellerads. and the propellerads zone id cannot be synchronized
