How to apply for an offer on Monetizer

Hi folks, I'm looking at Monetizer and It's not clear to me how to apply for an offer. Should I press the "message advertizer" button and that's it or what is supposed to be written in the text field?

Another question, when I look into the Trending Insights, and I find an offer ID, how can I look for that particular
