One of the most effective ways to host your landing pages is to use VPS. Usually i use either Vultr, or Digital ocean both are good
if your are still afraid if your domain got flagged/ and suddenly all you landing pages stopped working , due to the main domain flagged . you can use subdomains instead and if the sub domain flagged the main domain / other subdomains still safe .
Instead of making it as subfolder on the main domain , you can make it with subdomains . safer and more organized
Yourdomain.com/en/landingpage
Yourdomain.com/rus/landingpage
you can make it as
Eng,yourdomain/landingpage
Rus.yourdomain/landingpage
Also it will be so benifital When collecting Push subscriptions , as if one subdomain Bloacked , not all the other are blocked
you can make a loop with subdomains

i will work with .. Vultr server . High Frequency , LAMP on Ubuntu 18.04 x64 .. for the applications and the server..
Only costs 6/month for the minimum . if you plan to make a lot of domains/subdomains you can increase it as you need
