Little late, but I decided to jump in.

First, I found an offer on Zeydoo that seemed to be one of their top performing offers.

I used three of their pre-landers for landing pages that were already created and created a tracking campaign with CPV Lab.

And, created a new push campaign.

I used the required campaign settings in Zeydoo, grabbed the first 5 countries I seen and plugged the settings into the campaign.
