So this is not a question but I'm just sharing something what was driving me crazy and today finally the support of Propeller Ads explained to me properly so here I'm sharing with other newbies.
Bottom line: even if you blacklist or filter your campaign for zones, ips, browsers, etc, you will still get some "delayed" data coming from the settings you filtered out.
This is called Delayed Traffic. It happens the first minutes or seconds of the campaign.
Deal with it, you will pay for it. Grab an Amaretto di Saronno
