If you have visited my blog (LukePeerFly.com) over the past few months, you've likely seen this ad on Facebook:
It's been shown on Facebook 183,000 times since October 11th. It's a simple ad that leads the visit to this article:

I'm proud of that article for more than 1 reason, but as of this writing, it has brought us 18 new paying members here on affLIFT (tracked using Google Analytics). The estimated lifetime value of those 18 members based on our current average is over $700.
So far, I have only spent $381.43 on the ad. That's a pretty nice ROI and doesn't even include any of the referral links in the article
