"connection is not private" issue

Today I tried to run an old campaign, using my own landing pages, but after a while, I see no result.
so I tried the campaign url, it shows the following:

does that mean I need to somehow renew my https certificate?

but strangely some pages works, some pages shows the above.

any suggestion here?
