The first thing you need to do to get started promoting CPA affiliate offers is to sign up for affiliate networks.
There is a lot to choose from, but in this guide, I'm going to point you to some of my most recommended.
When just starting, it's a good idea to only work with 1 or 2 affiliate networks so that you have some cash flow. The last thing you want is to be working with 8 affiliate networks where you've earned money but not enough money to reach the minimum payout to get paid.
If you're on a tighter budget, I'd probably work with just one network and try and get on weekly payments when you reach the requirements. You'll need to ask your affiliate manager what their requirements are to get paid weekly, as each affiliate network has different terms (usually $500 - $1k revenue per week).
