Any suggestion for Native traffic in Health niche (supplements)?

I like Outbrain and Taboola, but they are too hard with their policy... ha ha ha
I don't like MGID platform, becuase you need to create the whole ad again from scratch, if you want to create some variations (unlike Outbrain, where you can write some titles, add some images, and Outbrain create those multiple variations automatic... if only MGID had an option to clone ads or something...)

I am looking for traffic in USA and Canada for now,
And I prefer platforms you don't need to deposit 1k USD in order
