Hello All 
I search for pop traffic source that enable me to distribute the traffic within the whole day, with a very low daily budget for test, I need this because I test many Geos at the same time, every Geo with a separated camp. and separated bid. This option is in Popcash, you can start with only $1 for each camp. but you can't distribute the budget, also it is in Tonic but they refused my account without logical reason (I will post a thread for this case later) Any another suggestion for such
