I would love to have your advice on my following campaign

Context:
I used to do PPV for some months, and overall made some profit, but eventually leaved it temporarily for other projects. Right now, I'm interested in exploring AM again, and decided to try Push Notifications. I set-up a tracker (Binom), selected 2 top offers from my ClickDealer manager week top offers report (both iPhone X sweeps in UK with $1.8 & $2 payouts), and registered in ZeroPark and Ad-Maven, but for the moment, I'm only testing with Ad-Maven. Then:
1. I configured the lander (took it from AdPlexity Mobile some time ago):
2. Configured the campaign in Binom
3. Created the campaign in Ad-Maven with the suggested bid (about $0.1 CTR)
4. Added the creatives (push notifications):
5. Started the campaign
After about 2 days and $20 (added a broad target, as there wasn't any limitations in the offer), I hadn't receive any conversions, not even one (I had received both clicks to the notification, and also users in the landing page who passed to the offer, but only that). I know that definitely not all campaigns work well, but, when
