Are you constantly tweaking existing campaigns by changing the targeting like adding WebsiteIDs, block regions, language and screen resolution? Or you are tweaking it by creating new campaign each time you see green data from your previous campaigns?

What do you mean by getting past the initial 'starter payout'? If I got it correctly, initial 'starter payout' is much higher compared to my latest payout? So, you don't edit your popads campaign at any cost if you see green data? What do you mean by 'updated payout'?
