So I went one more week with the pop campaign and tried a few others. And was never able to get it green. I did have some really good targets but the traffic never increased even after setting the bid at ridiculous prices. The some system does have potential will try again when it matures. Cheers

Ok the campaign is finished and the results were not the best. At the end I just barely broke even. I did find a couple of hot zones but was unable to create a targeted campaign due to a glitch of some sorts. So my honest review the optimizer does work, but I have better success with smartcpa...
