Promoting Monetizer on Facebook?

I've been running campaigns on Advertizer for quite a bit now, and I have noticed FB Browser brings most of the revenue for some offers. Looking into it deeper, I've noticed folks promoting these offers organically on FB groups (spamming). Has anyone tried this?

The CR is exuberantly high on this traffic and I bet some folks are making a shit
