looking for landing page templates

Hi folks,

Where do you guys find landing page templates? I'd like to separate the codes and designs, such that I can change the design without touching the code again.

Ideally, the landing page template shall have the following features.
1) Opt-in form.
2) Upon user submit, open a new page to offer A page
3) Upon user submit, reload current page to offer B page
4) Exit Pop Up, if Yes, redirect to offer C page, if No, redirect to offer D page
5) Push Notification Collection, if Yes, redirect to offer E page, if No, redirect to offer F page
6) Back Button Redirect Script. When clicked, redirect offer G page.

Did you have anything more to add in? This is what I can imagine how to maximize the traffic.

But how to build this kind of template. Any hint?

As for the opt-in form, what auto responder will you use? I don't think AWeber is a good fit due to its high cost and the untargeted nature of the leads collected. The number of emails could be a very large number.
