I have been meaning to test out Noviclick for about a month now. I deposited $100 last month but got distracted by the day-to-day things I do and never went back. I've had some new push campaigns performing well on other traffic sources with some new landers I am testing, so I decided to setup a campaign and make use of that $100. I'm glad I did 
Noviclick has pop, push, and in-page push traffic from their own websites and publisher websites, but they also resell traffic from other traffic sources.
They let you fund your account with all the popular payment methods:
Notice the suspicious visit filter? This is a really cool feature that I have never seen on another traffic source. I asked my account manager, Joris (he also runs the affLIFT account for @noviclick) about this on Skype and this is what he said:

Now, I imagine most traffic sources could follow this up by saying "we also block this traffic and just don't show it on our platform" and that may be true, but
