Honestly, at this point I have no idea what is going on. My hypothesis is:
The traffic went live during the day in Europe and night in Asia thus the crazy geo distribution. Since Asia and Europe are essentially opposite timezones I'm probably safe running the campaign at day or night if I don't use day parting for somewhat consistent targeting.
I'm guessing the soccer streaming is the winning offer because streaming options are limited in these regions?
Since I want more focused traffic I'm going with Chrome 79. If streaming is indeed the major segment then older devices are not going to be as competitive since older devices tend to get bogged down by OS updates, have less RAM and people are running
