A few months ago, I created a CPA Goal push campaign on RichAds (@RichAds). I literally forgot about it. Well, it's been running and it's profitable 
I was just looking through it and it looks like their algorithm did a good job getting ride of sites and lists that weren't profitable and leaving me with some winners:
