So I'm expecting this to be fun... I'm targeting a Tier 1 country with a few offers that have been around forever, using In-Page Push...
Instead of just targeting everyone, the campaign message will be enticing to a specific demographic. For this to happen it's essential that the Push Ad conveys the right tone for these people, and be just noise for the rest so that they don't click.
