Yeah. Many networks have individual offers but they don't have good fallback detection or they don't care. But with Monetizer each offer works as a smartlink on its own.

The rules you've shown you use to optimize are a great example of why using landing pages is very useful besides increasing CR.
Without them, you wouldn't be able to apply filters 1 and 2 and your budget...
I never said I was running an offer from Nigeria. I used it as an example for the tutorial, but I won't reveal in which geos I run successful campaigns ;)
If you spy with the tools mentioned the creatives are already translated.
It depends on the geos you're going to run, but for most conversions, the payouts change between 10 cents and a couple of dollars.
That should give you an idea of how much you need to spend per day and your monthly budgets :)
