Sorry you're right I should of clarified better. This is not about "Push" traffic, but gaining push subscribers. Meaning, I am direct linking to a page, with a push opt-in. (The traffic I am buying is actually pops)

Depends on the niche you're in, for instance in mobile CPI it is very common for advertisers/networks to ask for SubID's so they can optimize on the back end as well to tell you quality. I'd much rather have them pause 1 source, then the whole campaign.
