Unfortunately all things being equal in my experience their traffic simply does not convert - period. I took other working campaigns from other push networks (not gonna name names so it does look as advertising here) and tried to make it work in Richpush but simply could not.
They have plenty of good targeting options, actually more than many of the big players sometimes and great AMs who are very helpful. On the downside you also have the feeling that the "helpfullness" of the AM is targeted to spend the most as mine always tried to push me to open the flood gates although I explained to her why I would exlude certain times or why my policy is to target high engagement user first. I guess it is not their fault but more company policy or incentive structure. Just my feeling in that matter of course.

-lots of the targeting option
-helpful AMs specially for newbies to get them started
-richpush insight helps you to get an overview of traffic and segments available
Cons:
-low traffic quality
-relative high CPCs
-pushy AMs to spend your budget fast
-the day parting UI is horrible you gotta do it day by day
