I've generally had good results with Golden Goose. They have a lot of good offers, and daily payouts, which is great for cash-flow.

There are some things that need to be fixed. The UI is clunky, and slow. They don't have an API, which is a big problem because they often pull offers and change link domains without adequate warning. You have to manually check every offer, every day.

I'd still recommend them, just keep a close eye things.
