If you get the right manager, they can be helpful. Campaign settings and setup will effect the traffic you get, so it is not a guarantee that if campaign A is successful, relaunching the same campaign B will be successful after some optimization expecting better ROI. 3 star because had good experience previously, but recently not so in terms of communication/support
