Adcash Pops - Ratings

All my campaigns were rejected with 1-2 words. When I asked support why, I also got a very short answer that didn't tell me how to fix my landing page.

My second support ticket was only processed when I asked for a refund. Not a good network for beginners. Bad support.

Adcash is the only network that has never been profitable for me. It does have some good features like the ability to set different bids to high medium and low performing traffic type. Also it has the category wise interest targeting of traffic which is rarely provided by any pop/push networks. Their traffic doesn't perform that we'll or maybe that's just me.

I tried running campaign with them and manage to get a good result, then suddenly I can't topup my account, I tried to contact my account manager and they said it because my smartlink campaign.

So I running e-commerce campaign and I have a script to detect if the click is not suitable I will redirect the click to smartlink.

After they said the problem is the smartlink, I removed smartlink only run directlink to my ecom offer, I tried to discuss it with my am about my new campaign, but instead giving suggestions or any input wether my new campaign is against their term or not, they said try submit it which I did then my account is suspended.
I tried to ask what is the problem, and they just said I'm infringed one of their terms and just give me their legal pages.

Is that how this company handle their customer, I mean I tried to discuss with them what can I do to follow their term etc, but they're so unprofessional

Overall a good experience with them. With the Adcash CPA model I have managed to see the green in my POP campaigns since day 1. You can optimize in a very simple way practically all the tokens. Very attentive technical support to solve all my doubts. I have managed to generate more than 2K$ with low paying offers.

Some functions of the interface could be improved, for example, to be able to visualize in the section "Campaigns" the budget that has been established and the one you have spent at the moment (until now I had to have a personal alarm to check each of my campaigns for a lack of budget). Unlike other networks, you have to keep in mind that for the optimal work of the CPA algorithm you have to leave high budgets (daily and total) in your campaigns.

My experience with Adcash has been very positive. You can definitely achieve great ROI with right offer, prelander and GEOs. Going to run many more campaigns with them.

Tons of volume and targeting options. Been using them since it was all managed back in 2015 on and off.
Can't go wrong if you want to scale up your campaigns and very transparent in terms of where you're getting traffic from (direct and resell).
